The House Blue Flames Staff is responsible for the daily management of House Blue Flames in fulfilling its mission to serve the Master of the House.
The Executive Officer (XO) is a Dominant who plays a vital supporting role within the household hierarchy. The XO works in tandem with the Majordomo, complementing their responsibilities while ensuring the Master’s directives are executed effectively. This position involves overseeing specific initiatives, managing high-level tasks, and serving as a liaison between the Master of the House and the household staff. The XO is instrumental in maintaining a structured and disciplined environment that reflects the values and goals of the household.
The Majordomo serves as the senior owned and collared slave of the Master of the House and serves as the Master’s Chief Advisor. She oversee all household operations and staff, ensuring that the Master’s directives are executed effectively. Responsible for managing daily schedules, the Majordomo ensures that all departments function smoothly and efficiently. She also facilitates regular meetings with department leaders to promote collaboration, address challenges, and uphold the Master’s expectations. Additionally, the Majordomo plays a crucial role in member training and conflict resolution, fostering a harmonious environment within the household.
