Liability Waiver
By participating in a Sit With The Warriors! virual class hosted by House Blue Flames, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Voluntary Participation: Participation in this virual class is voluntary. You understand and accept that the virual class may include adult-oriented discussions and content, which may involve mature themes intended for an audience of individuals 18 years and older.
- Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that by participating in the virual class, you may be exposed to sensitive topics, discussions, or educational materials that reflect BDSM, Kink, Fetish, and Leather culture. You voluntarily assume all responsibility for your participation, including any emotional or mental responses to the content presented.
- No Liability for Personal Effects or Technical Issues: House Blue Flames, Master Sable, and any guest experts or affiliates are not liable for any damage, loss, or disruptions caused to participants’ personal equipment or software during the virual class. Any technical issues experienced by participants are their responsibility to resolve.
- Release of Liability: By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless House Blue Flames, Master Sable, all guest experts, and their affiliates from any liability, claims, or damages, whether direct or indirect, arising from your participation in the virual class. This includes, but is not limited to, any adverse emotional responses, technical issues, or personal interruptions experienced during the virual class.
- Confidentiality: You agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other participants and speakers, refraining from recording, screenshotting, or distributing any portion of the virual class without prior written permission from House Blue Flames and all attendees of the virual class. Violation of this confidentiality agreement may result in legal action, immediate removal from the virual class, and being banned from future virtual classes.
By registering for a ticket and/or attending the virual class, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Liability Waiver.
