The Chief Temple Minister delegates the establishment and oversight of House Blue Flames's policies to the Governing Council. The Governing Council is responsible for creating, implementing, and managing these governing policies.

RyuuzaTatsujin Sable is the Senior Member of House Blue Flames and serves as the Chief Temple Minister, delegating Policy Making Authority to the Governing Council and Executive Management Authority to the House Blue Flames Military Department.
Major Lady Sa'Vage
President
Major Lady Sa'Vage serves as the President of the Governing Council, under the supervision of the Council Chair, whom they support in performing their duties and responsibilities. The President assists with carrying out any directives, establishing agendas for council meetings, and supervising formal assessments of the Governing Council.
Command Sergeant Major Batafurai Dorei
Secretary
Command Sergeant Major Batafurai Dorei serves as the Secretary of the Governing Council, under the supervision of the Council Chairperson, whom they support in performing their duties and responsibilities. The Secretary is responsible for recording all minutes, votes, and resolutions of all official Temple proceedings and maintaining the records in the Minutes and Policy Books.

Treasurer
Staff Sergeant Ms TnT Impact serves as the Treasurer of the Governing Council, under the supervision of the Council Chair, whom they support in performing their duties and responsibilities. The Treasurer is responsible for preparing financial reports that include information to help inform any of the board's decisions regarding the House's viability and stability.

Commander, HQ-HBFMD
Colonel RyuuzaTatsujin Sable serves as the Commander of the House Blue Flames Military Department (CO, HQ-HBFMD) to provide executive management leadership of House Blue Flames. All appointments, promotions, and regulations are issued under the authority of the CO, HQ-HBFMD.

Sergeant At Arms
1st Lieutenant Sir Scorpius Wulf serves as the Sergeant At Arms of the Governing Council, under the supervision of the Council Chair, whom they support in performing their duties and responsibilities. The Sergeant At Arms is responsible for verifying attendance, quorums, and votes at meetings, and keeping order during meetings per Robert's Rules.
