House Blue Flames (the "House") welcomes all who seek meaningful connection, open communication, continuous learning, and service opportunities to join our growing organization.
We believe in the importance of people getting to know themselves, learning how to communicate who they are to others, and engaging effectively as leaders and team members. This way, they can build confidence in themselves, engage and support one another's journeys through kink and fetish and establish meaningful connections in all the other areas of their lives regardless of their roles, gender, and sexual orientation.
We are a Leather organization based on the Principles of Exclusive Inclusivity and the Leather Core Values. We believe in personal responsibility, honor, integrity, trust, communication, loyalty, and respect. The energy is always supportive and positive in the House.
We've created the Blue Flames Institute, an Integrated Auxiliary of the House, to offer a series of leadership and leadership support development training courses. Starting with a prerequisite level, then going through basic, intermediary, advanced and mastery levels, each course is filled with online interactive classes, team oriented workshops, and weekend intensives to provide a foundation for people seeking membership in the House as well as for those who just want to take their leather journey to the next level.
We do this under the philosophy of The Six (6) Pillars Of House Blue Flames, which focuses on all we have in common to answer all the questions with the same voice.
